LLC "KCK-Automation" offers a wide range of IDEM accessories for the Guardian Line series – everything needed for fast, reliable, and safe installation of pull-cord emergency stop switches. Made from galvanized or stainless steel, resistant to corrosion and mechanical stress. Compatible with all GLM, GLS, GLHD models (aluminum and stainless steel).

1. Rope Kits

• Length: 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 50, 75, 100 m

• Material: galvanized steel Ø 4 mm or stainless steel Ø 5 mm (AISI 316)

• Kit includes: rope + 2 eyebolts + 2 clamps For: standard and hygienic installation.

2. Tensioners / Rope Clamps

• Type: spring tensioner (with indicator), duplex clamp

• Material: 316 stainless steel

• Load: up to 500 N For: precise tension, sag compensation.

3. Pulleys & Eyebolts

• Type: 90° corner pulley, M8/M10 eyebolt

• Material: stainless steel, with bearing

• Quantity: 1–4 per line For: changing rope direction, preventing friction.

4. Compensation Springs

• Type: spring with hooks, length 200–300 mm

• Material: stainless steel

• Force: 100–300 N For: shock absorption, preventing rope breakage.

5. Additional Elements

• Emergency Stop marking plates

• Protective covers for switches

• Wall/frame mounting brackets

• Extension kits (up to 250 m)
