Belt Alignment Sensors – Conveyor Protection from Misalignment

LLC "KCK-Automation" offers IDEM belt alignment sensors for instant detection of conveyor belt drift. Installed along the conveyor, they trigger warning signal and emergency stop. Die-cast aluminum or stainless steel housing, IP67/IP69K. Certified EN ISO 13849, IEC 60947-5-1. Two independent contacts: one for warning, one for shutdown.

1. SRS – Standard Sensor (Aluminum, IP67)

• Activation: ±15° / ±30° (adjustable)

• Contacts: 2NC+1NO (warning + stop)

• Roller: stainless steel Ø50 mm

• Temperature: -25…+80 °C For: grain, logistics, industrial conveyors.

2. SRS-SS – Hygienic Sensor (Stainless Steel, IP69K)

• Activation: ±15° / ±30°

• Contacts: 2NC+1NO

• Roller: stainless steel, washdown resistant

• Temperature: -40…+80 °C For: food, pharmaceutical, chemical industries.
