Python Conveyor Belt Alignment Switches – Die Cast IP67 – reliable belt drift sensors from IDEM for conveyor protection from excessive misalignment. Die-cast aluminum housing (yellow), stainless steel roller arm, IP67 (dust-tight, water-resistant, for indoor/outdoor use). Installed along the conveyor: belt drift moves the roller arm, activating warning signal (for maintenance) and stop signal. Certified EN ISO 13849, IEC 60947-5-1.

1. Heavy Duty with 35 mm Roller (Long, 230 mm)

• Activation: ±15° / ±30° (adjustable)

• Contacts: 1NC+1NO (warning) + 1NC+1NO (stop)

• Roller: stainless steel Ø35 mm, length 230 mm

• Connectivity: 4 × M20 or ½” NPT For: heavy conveyors, mining, logistics.

2. Heavy Duty with 50 mm Roller (Medium, 170 mm)

• Activation: ±15° / ±30°

• Contacts: 2NC+2NO (warning + stop)

• Roller: stainless steel Ø50 mm, length 170 mm

• Connectivity: 4 × M20 or ½” NPT For: medium conveyors, warehouses, grain elevators.

3. Mini Belt Alignment (HLM-CBA, Ø22 mm Roller)

• Activation: ±10–20°

• Contacts: 1NC+1NO or 2NC+2NO (snap-action)

• Roller: plastic or stainless steel Ø22 mm

• Connectivity: M20 For: narrow conveyors, light industry.
