GLHD-SS Up to 250 m – Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Pull-Cord Switch for Harsh Environments

GLHD-SS by IDEM – hygienic pull-cord emergency stop switch for extra-long conveyors in food and pharmaceutical industries. 316 stainless steel housing, IP69K (resistant to high-pressure washdown, chemicals, steam). One switch covers up to 250 m (125 m per side), lines over 2 km with fewer than 20 units. Certified SIL 3 / PL e / EN ISO 13849, ISO 13850. Full latching until reset, mechanical contact-to-rope linkage.

GLHD-SS Specifications:

• Rope Length: up to 125 m per side (total up to 250 m with one switch)

• Contacts: 4NC + 2NO (positive break)

• Housing: AISI 316L

• Temperature: -25…+80 °C (GLHD-SS-FZ version: -40…+80 °C)
