GLHL-SS and GLHR-SS Up to 125 m – Single-Sided Hygienic Pull-Cord Switches

GLHL-SS (left) and GLHR-SS (right) by IDEM – single-sided pull-cord emergency stop switches for ends of extra-long conveyors in food and pharmaceutical industries. 316 stainless steel housing, IP69K (resistant to high-pressure washdown, chemicals, steam). One switch covers up to 100 m, two – up to 125 m (62.5 m per side). Used with GLHD-SS as first and last in the system. Certified SIL 3 / PL e / EN ISO 13849, ISO 13850. Full latching until reset, 4NC + 2NO contacts, bi-color LED indicator.

GLHL-SS / GLHR-SS Specifications:

• Rope Length: up to 100 m (1 switch), up to 125 m (2 switches)

• Contacts: 4NC + 2NO (positive break)

• Housing: AISI 316L

• Temperature: -25…+80 °C (GLHL(R)-SS-FZ version: -40…+80 °C)

• Options: E-Stop button, LED indication (24Vdc / 110Vac / 230Vac) For: food processing lines, pharmaceuticals, washdown zones, chemical industry.
