GLHL and GLHR Up to 125 m – Single-Sided Heavy Duty Pull-Cord Switches

GLHL (left) and GLHR (right) by IDEM – single-sided pull-cord emergency stop switches for ends of extra-long conveyors. Die-cast aluminum housing with yellow epoxy coating, IP67. One switch covers up to 100 m, two – up to 125 m (62.5 m per side). Used with GLHD as first and last in the system. Certified SIL 3 / PL e / EN ISO 13849, ISO 13850, IEC 60947-5-5. Full latching until reset, 4NC + 2NO contacts, bi-color LED indicator.

GLHL / GLHR Specifications:

• Contacts: 4NC + 2NO (positive break)

• Housing: die-cast aluminum

• Temperature: -25…+80 °C (GLHL-FZ / GLHR-FZ version: -40…+80 °C)

GLHL-SS / GLHR-SS – Stainless Steel Version (IP69K):

• Material: AISI 316L

• Temperature: -40…+80 °C

• Resistant to high-pressure washdown For: food, pharmaceutical, chemical industries.
