GLS-AR – Pull-Cord Switch with Auto-Reset

GLS-AR by IDEM – special pull-cord switch without latching for normal conveyor stops (not emergency). Die-cast aluminum housing (yellow) or 316 stainless steel, IP67. Rope pull instantly opens contacts – auto-resets upon release. Certified IEC 60947-5-5, EN ISO 13849. Not an E-Stop – for normal stop commands only.

GLS-AR Specifications:

• Rope Length: up to 60 m (1 switch), up to 80 m (2 switches)

• Contacts: 2NC+1NO or 3NC+1NO (positive break)

• Housing: die-cast aluminum or AISI 316

• Temperature: -25…+80 °C (FZ version: -40…+80 °C)

• Options: LED indication (24Vdc / 110Vac / 230Vac) For: conveyors, packaging lines requiring stop without manual reset.

GLS-AR-SS – Stainless Steel Version (IP69K):

• Material: AISI 316L

• Resistant to high-pressure washdown For: food, pharmaceutical, chemical industries.
