GLS-SS Up to 80 m – Robust Hygienic Pull-Cord Switch for Medium Conveyors

GLS-SS by IDEM – rugged pull-cord emergency stop switch for medium conveyors in food and pharmaceutical industries. 316 stainless steel housing, IP69K (resistant to high-pressure washdown, chemicals, steam). One switch covers up to 60 m, two – up to 80 m (40 m per side). Certified SIL 3 / PL e / EN ISO 13849, ISO 13850. Full latching until reset, mechanical contact-to-rope linkage.

GLS-SS Specifications:

• Contacts: 2NC+1NO or 3NC+1NO (positive break)

• Housing: AISI 316L

• Temperature: -25…+80 °C (GLS-SS-FZ version: -40…+80 °C)

• Options: E-Stop button, LED indication (24Vdc / 110Vac / 230Vac) For: medium food lines, pharmaceuticals, washdown areas, chemical industry.
