MOLOSpendu PF pendulum level switches

MOLOSpendu PF is a cost-effective pendulum-type level switch for reliable full (maximum) detection in silos and hoppers containing free-flowing bulk solids (powders, granules, coarse-grained materials up to 100 mm, bulk density 0.3–3.0 t/m³). Operates completely without power supply using a mechanical microswitch. Aluminium housing (IP66), stainless steel bending protection, aluminium or stainless steel pendulums. Certified for dust and gas hazardous areas (ATEX). Weight 1.3–1.45 kg, simple vertical installation.

Operating principle

The device functions as a limit switch: when the bulk material rises and pushes the pendulum aside, the mechanical microswitch is actuated and instantly changes the contact state. Purely mechanical operation, no time delay, no external power required. Insensitive to flowing material.
