How Milli-Speed Speed Sensor Works

The Milli-Speed speed sensor mounts near the elevator shaft with a Whirligig disc (magnetic markers). During rotation, it generates pulses, converting them to a 4-20 mA analog signal proportional to rpm. On slippage (10% drop), signal falls below 16 mA — PLC triggers shutdown. This protects against:
