Orbinox CX Burner Shut-Off Knife-Gate Valves – Reliable Industrial Shut-Off

Orbinox CX — uni-directional full-bore knife-gate valves for coal, pulp, other industrial products in pipelines. Full-flanged body design ensures secure shut-off to prevent backflow, NFPA 85 compliant. Carbon steel A216WCB or stainless CF8M body, AISI 304 gate, metal/metal or EPDM seat. Pressure 10 bar (DN200–250) to 4 bar (DN500–900), temperature -20°C…+80°C. EN 1092 PN10 / ASME B16.5 Class 150 flanged ends (options PN6/16/25, BS D&E, ANSI 125). EN 12266-1 (Class A) tightness. Compliance with EN 1982, ISO 5752. Applications: burner isolation, coal feeder discharge, mill outlet, pulverized coal feed isolation.

Orbinox CX (DN200–DN900)

Full-bore flanged body, rising stem. Pressure: 4–10 bar (DN-dependent). Benefits: full bore for maximum flow, mechanically locked seats, long-life PTFE fiber + EPDM O-ring packing, RAL 5015 epoxy coating, easy packing adjustment, NFPA 85 compliance for safety.
