Orbinox EK (SER.15) Uni-Directional High-Performance Knife-Gate Valves – Reliable Shut-Off

Orbinox EK (SER.15) — wafer-type uni-directional high-performance knife-gate valves for slurries, abrasives, viscous, corrosive media in pipelines. Design ensures non-clogging shutoff for solids. Cast iron GG25 or stainless AISI 316L body, AISI 410/316L gate, EPDM/NBR/PTFE seats. Pressure PN10–PN16 (DN50–125: 16 bar; DN150–250: 10 bar; DN300–400: 6 bar; DN450: 5 bar; DN500–600: 4 bar; DN700–1200: 2 bar), temperature -29°C…+200°C. EN 1092 PN10-16 flanged ends. Class A (EN 12266) tightness, low pressure drop. Compliance with EN 1982, ISO 5752, API 598, MSS-SP-81, TAPPI TIS 405-8. Applications: pulp/paper, power plants, wastewater, chemicals, food.

Orbinox EK (DN50–DN1200, PN10–PN16)

Wafer design, uni-directional flow, rising/non-rising stem. Pressure: 2–16 bar (DN-dependent). Benefits: self-adjusting seats, minimal gate friction, abrasion resistance, easy maintenance without removal, long-life stainless packing.
