Orbinox EP Polyurethane-Lined Knife-Gate Valves – Reliable Shut-Off for Abrasive Fluids

Orbinox EP Series — bi-directional lug-type knife-gate valves with polyurethane lining for abrasive fluids, suspended solids in pipelines. Monoblock ductile iron body with lining ensures non-clogging shut-off. Ductile iron body, AISI 304/316 gate, polyurethane seat. Pressure DN-dependent (see dimension charts), temperature -20°C…+80°C. EN 1092 / ASME B16.5 Class 150 / AS 2129 Table D & E flanged ends. EN 12266-1 tightness. Compliance with EN 1982, ISO 5752. Applications: mining, pulp/paper, power plants, chemical plants, food & beverage.

Orbinox EP (DN80–DN600)

Lug-type monoblock body with polyurethane lining, rising stem (non-rising optional). Pressure: DN-dependent. Benefits: full bore for maximum flow, polished gate to avoid jamming, long-life PTFE fiber + EPDM O-ring packing, RAL 5015 epoxy coating, gate guards for automated valves, easy packing adjustment.
