Orbinox HB Bi-Directional High-Pressure Knife-Gate Valves – Reliable Shut-Off in Both Directions

Orbinox HB Series — lug-type bi-directional high-pressure knife-gate valves for slurries, abrasives, viscous, corrosive media in pipelines. Design ensures tight shut-off in both directions for solids, non-clogging. Cast iron GG25 or stainless AISI 316L body, AISI 410/316L gate, EPDM/NBR/PTFE seats. Pressure PN40–PN100 (up to 100 bar for small DN), temperature -29°C…+200°C. EN 1092 PN40-100 or ASME B16.5 Class 300 flanged ends. Class VI (API 598) tightness, low pressure drop. Compliance with MSS SP-135, API 598, EN 1982, ISO 5752. Applications: petrochemical, power plants, mining, heavy industry.

Lug design, bi-directional gate, rising stem. Pressure: 40–100 bar. Benefits: self-adjusting seats from both sides, reinforced body for high pressure, minimal gate friction, abrasion resistance, easy maintenance without removal, long-life stainless packing.
