Orbinox HG Rubber Sleeve Knife-Gate Valves – Reliable Shut-Off for Abrasive Slurries

Orbinox HG Series — bi-directional full-bore knife-gate valves with two metal-reinforced rubber sleeves for abrasive slurries, high-consistency product in pipelines. Double-sleeve design ensures non-clogging shut-off in normal or reverse flow. Ductile iron A536 (60-40-18) or carbon steel S275JR body, AISI 304 + chrome / duplex 2205 + chrome gate, natural rubber / EPDM sleeves. Pressure 20 bar (DN50–DN1000), temperature -20°C…+80°C. EN 1092 PN16/25 / ASME B16.5 Class 150/300 flanged ends. EN 12266-1 (Class A) tightness. Compliance with EN 1982, ISO 5752. Applications: mining, chemical plants, power plants, wastewater treatment.

Orbinox HG (DN50–DN1000, PN16/25)

Full-bore monoblock body with reinforcing ribs, rising stem. Pressure: 20 bar. Benefits: full bore for maximum flow, self-cleaning gate, elastic seals with metal cord, double packing with PTFE fiber + EPDM O-ring, grease nipples for gate lubrication, bottom drain ports, epoxy coating.
