Orbinox MU Wall-Mounted Penstocks – Reliable Water Flow Control

Orbinox MU Series — flush bottom 4-sided sealing penstocks for controlling water flows in wells, tanks, pipelines, and drainage systems. Self-adjusting seal design ensures minimal leakage (bidirectional for small sizes, uni-directional for large). Stainless steel body, EPDM/NBR seals. Pressure up to PN10, temperature -20°C…+80°C. Sizes 150x150–1200x1200 mm (up to 4000x4000 mm on request). EN 1092 PN10 flanged connection. Tightness below DIN 19569-4 class 5 and AWWA C561. Compliance with DIN 19569-4, AWWA C561, BS 7775. Applications: wastewater treatment, irrigation, hydraulic works, hydro-electric power plants.

Orbinox MU (150x150–1200x1200 mm, PN10)

Wall-mounted, rising/non-rising stem. Pressure: up to 10 bar. Benefits: self-adjusting seal for minimal leakage, high corrosion resistance of stainless steel, modular design (open/self-contained frame), easy installation, long life with little or no maintenance.
