Orbinox MV Series — roller gates for large channels and spillways for precise water level regulation and excess flow discharge in hydraulic structures, dams, HPP, and irrigation systems. Roller and guide design ensures low lifting effort, minimal friction, and high capacity. Stainless steel AISI 304/316L or cast iron body, AISI 304/316L gate, EPDM/NBR seal. Pressure up to PN10, temperature -20°C…+80°C. Sizes on request (large sections). Connection embedded in concrete. Tightness below DIN 19569-4 class 5 / AWWA C561. Compliance with DIN 19569-4, AWWA C561, BS 7775. Applications: HPP, spillways, irrigation, level control.
