Orbinox RA Tilting Disc Check Valve – Reliable Backflow Prevention

Orbinox RA Series — tilting disc check valves to prevent backflow in pipelines, pumping stations, and hydraulic structures. Tilted disc design provides low pressure drop, fast closure, and minimal cavitation. Stainless steel AISI 304/316L or cast iron body, AISI 304/316L disc, EPDM/NBR/PTFE seal. Pressure up to PN16, temperature -20°C…+100°C. EN 1092 PN10-16 / ASME B16.5 Class 150 flanged connection. Class VI (API 598) tightness. Compliance with EN 12266-1, ISO 5752. Applications: pumping stations, water treatment, irrigation, HPP.

Orbinox RA (DN200–DN2000, PN16)

Tilted disc design, gravity-assisted closure. Pressure: up to 16 bar. Benefits: low pressure drop, fast slam-free closure, cavitation resistance, high corrosion resistance, easy installation, long life with little maintenance.
