Orbinox Rectangular Flap Gate Series — open flow gates with rectangular flap for controlling water flows in channels, tanks, and drainage systems. Flap design ensures tight shut-off with minimal leakage. Stainless steel AISI 304/316L body, AISI 304/316L flap, EPDM/NBR seal. Pressure up to PN10, temperature -20°C…+80°C. Sizes on request (rectangular ports). EN 1092 PN10 / ASME B16.5 Class 150 flanged connection. Tightness below DIN 19569-4 class 5 and AWWA C561. Compliance with DIN 19569-4, AWWA C561, BS 7775. Applications: wastewater treatment, irrigation, hydraulic works, hydro-electric power plants.

Orbinox Rectangular Flap Gate (on request, PN10)

Channel-mounted, rising/non-rising stem. Pressure: up to 10 bar. Benefits: rotary flap for quick regulation, self-adjusting seal, high corrosion resistance, modular design, easy installation in concrete structures, long life with little or no maintenance.
