Orbinox SL Stainless Steel Stop Log Penstocks – Reliable Water Flow Isolation

Orbinox SL Series — stainless steel stop log penstocks for open channel installations to isolate equipment during maintenance, repairs, or inspection in wastewater treatment plants, irrigation, hydraulic works, hydro-electric power plants. Gate formed by multiple logs stacked in frame, with lateral and bottom sealing for tight shut-off. Stainless steel AISI 304/316L body, AISI 304/316L logs, EPDM seal. Pressure up to PN10, temperature -20°C…+80°C. Sizes 150x150–3500x3500 mm. Connection for concrete channels (embedded, wall-mounted, face-mounted in existing channel). Tightness below DIN 19569-4. Compliance with DIN 19569-4, BS 7775. Applications: wastewater treatment, irrigation, hydraulic works, hydro-electric power plants.

Orbinox SL (150x150–3500x3500 mm, PN10)

Channel-mounted, rising/non-rising stem. Pressure: up to 10 bar. Benefits: self-adjusting "lip" seal for minimal leakage, high corrosion resistance, modular design with stacked logs, easy installation in concrete channels, long life with little or no maintenance, low leakage for flow regulation.
