Orbinox TL Through-Conduit Knife-Gate Valves – Reliable Full-Bore Shut-Off

Orbinox TL Series — bi-directional wafer-type through-conduit knife-gate valves with full bore for high-consistency product, slurries, abrasives, viscous, corrosive fluids in pipelines. Double-seat design ensures non-clogging shut-off in normal or reverse flow. Cast iron EN-GJL250 / GJS400 or stainless CF8M body, AISI 304/316 gate, metal/EPDM seats. Pressure 10 bar (DN50–125) to 2 bar (DN700–1000), temperature -20°C…+80°C. EN 1092 PN10 / ASME B16.5 Class 150 flanged ends. EN 12266-1 (Class A) tightness. Compliance with EN 1982, ISO 5752. Applications: pulp/paper, wastewater treatment, chemical plants, power plants.

Orbinox TL (DN50–DN1000, PN10)

Wafer design, bi-directional gate, rising/non-rising stem. Pressure: 2–10 bar (DN-dependent). Benefits: full bore for maximum flow, self-cleaning gate, mechanically locked seats, double packing with PTFE fiber + O-ring, RAL 5015 epoxy coating, gate safety guards.
