Orbinox Penstocks & Slide Gates – Reliable Water Flow Control

Orbinox penstocks and slide gates — devices for controlling and regulating water flows in open channels, tanks, pipelines, and drainage systems. Made from stainless steel or cast iron, with EPDM/NBR/PTFE seals. Pressure up to PN10, temperature -20°C…+80°C. Flanged connection EN 1092 PN10 / ASME B16.5 Class 150. Tightness EN 12266-1 (Class A). Compliance with EN 1982, ISO 5752, DIN 19569-4, BS 7775. Applications: wastewater treatment, irrigation, hydraulic works, industry.

Type MU (Wall-Mounted Penstock)

Four-side sealing, flush bottom, square/rectangular port, for on-off or control in wells, tanks, pipe outlets. Sizes 200x200–1200x1200 mm (larger on request), pressure PN10. Materials: stainless steel, modular design (open/self-contained frame), rising/non-rising stem. Benefits: self-adjusting seal, easy wall mounting.

Type CC (Channel Penstock)

Three-side sealing, flush bottom, for open channels or gates. Sizes DN100–DN600, pressure PN10. Materials: stainless steel, cast iron. Benefits: non-clogging, for water level control, manual/automated operation.

Type RB (Weir Penstock)

Three-side sealing, flush bottom, rectangular port for open channels. Sizes on request, pressure PN10. Materials: stainless steel. Benefits: high corrosion resistance, durability, for irrigation and drainage systems.
