SC-System Module Portfolio

The SC-System offers powerful modules for a wide spectrum of analog and digital measuring signals:

  • Isolating Amplifiers: Accept and output standard analog signals, providing galvanic isolation and, if necessary, signal adaptation.

  • Transmitter Power Supplies: Transmit analog input signals from transmitters (pressure, level, temperature) to the controller while simultaneously supplying their power. SMART models modulate a digital data signal onto the 4–20 mA loop.

  • Temperature Converters: Accept signals from resistance thermometers (RTDs), thermocouples, potentiometers, and output standard analog signals.

  • Switch Amplifiers: Process digital input signals (from mechanical contacts or sensors), amplify them, and activate switching outputs (relays/transistors), for example, for limit value monitoring.

  • Rotation Speed Monitors: Monitor overspeed or underspeed conditions by comparing the input frequency to a user-specified reference frequency.

  • Passive Isolators: Transfer 0/4...20 mA signals from a current source from the field side to the control side, powered by the current loop.
