Vibration level switch LD
Series LD Vibrating Level Switches
The LD Series consists of reliable and compact vibrating level switches designed for level detection in liquids (model LD61) and bulk solids (model LD60). They feature no moving parts, ensuring low maintenance, and are made from corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel EN 1.4404 (AISI 316L) for the process connection and fork, with optional HALAR® coating.
Operating Principle
The LD Series level switches operate based on the change in the natural resonant frequency of the vibrating fork when it comes into contact with liquid or bulk material. The internal electronics detect this frequency shift and switch the output signal to indicate the level status.
