Pull-Cord Emergency Stop Switches – Up to 250 m per Switch

GLHD by IDEM – specialized pull-cord emergency stop switch for extra-long conveyors and transporters. Die-cast aluminum housing, IP67. One switch covers up to 250 m (125 m per side), enabling protection of lines over 2 km with fewer than 20 units. Certified SIL 3 / PL e / EN ISO 13849, ISO 13850. Positive latching until reset, mechanical contact-to-rope linkage.

GLHD Specifications:

• Contacts: 4NC + 2NO (positive break)

• Housing: die-cast aluminum with epoxy coating

• Temperature: -25…+80 °C (GLHD-FZ version: -40…+80 °C)
