Guardian Line Grab Wire Safety Rope Pull Switches (Die Cast) – a series of reliable pull-cord emergency stop switches from IDEM for protecting conveyors and machines where physical guarding is impossible. Die-cast aluminum housing with yellow epoxy coating, IP67 protection rating. Certified to ISO 13850, IEC 60947-5-5, SIL 3 / PL e / EN ISO 13849. Positive mechanical linkage between contacts and rope for maximum safety.

1. GLM – Mini Duty (for short conveyors)

• Rope Length: up to 30 m (1 switch), up to 50 m (2 switches)

• Contacts: 3- or 4-pole (2NC+1NO or 3NC+1NO)

• Temperature: -30…+80 °C

• Options: with E-Stop button, LED indication (24Vdc / 110Vac / 230Vac) For: short and medium lines, warehouses, light industry.

2. GLS – Standard Duty (for medium conveyors)

• Rope Length: up to 80 m (1 switch), up to 100 m (2 switches)

• Contacts: 3- or 4-pole

• Temperature: -30…+80 °C

• Options: Auto-Reset (GLS-AR), with E-Stop, LED indication For: medium and long conveyors, grain elevators, workshops.

3. GLHD / GLHL / GLHR – Heavy Duty (for long conveyors)

• Rope Length: up to 100 m per side (1 switch), up to 125 m (2–3 switches); up to 250 m with dual head

• Contacts: 4NC + 2NO

• Temperature: -40…+80 °C

• Options: Dual Head (GLHD), Left/Right (GLHL/GLHR), LED indication, for washdown For: long industrial lines, oil and gas, mines, food industry.
