IDEM Explosion-Proof Safety Limit Switches – series of limit switches for ATEX Zone 0–2 (gases, vapors, dust) with positive contact break. Explosion-proof contact blocks ATEX Exd IIC T6, die-cast aluminum or stainless steel housing, IP67/IP69K. Certified ATEX/IECEx, SIL 3 / PL e / EN ISO 13849. 1. ZB Ex – Standard (Aluminum, IP67, Exd IIC T6)

• Actuators: roller lever, rod, spring

• Contacts: 2NC+1NO or 3NC+1NO (positive break)

• Material: die-cast aluminum with epoxy coating

• Temperature: -40…+80 °C

• Certification: ATEX Zone 1/21 (gases/dust) For: oil and gas, chemical industry, elevators.

2. ZB-SS Ex – Hygienic (Stainless Steel, IP69K, Exd IIC T6)

• Actuators: roller, telescopic, spring

• Contacts: 2NC+2NO

• Material: AISI 316L

• Temperature: -60…+80 °C

• Certification: ATEX Zone 0/20 (high risk) For: food, pharmaceutical, washdown areas.

3. MC Ex – Non-Contact Inductive (Stainless Steel, IP68, Exd IIC T6)

• Sensing Distance: up to 10 mm (adjustable)

• Output: 2 OSSD (safe PNP)

• Temperature: -40…+100 °C

• Certification: ATEX Zone 1/21 For: doors, guards, robotics in gas/dust zones.
