Non-Contact Safety Switches – Wireless Access Control in Hazardous Zones

IDEM Explosion-Proof Non-Contact Safety Switches – series of magnetic and RFID sensors for ATEX Zone 0–2 (gases, vapors, dust). Explosion-proof contact blocks ATEX Exd IIC T6, stainless steel housing, IP68/IP69K. Contactless activation up to 10 mm, no mechanical wear. Certified ATEX/IECEx, SIL 3 / PL e / EN ISO 13849. 1. MC Ex – Magnetic Non-Contact (Stainless Steel, IP68, Exd IIC T6)

  • Sensing Distance: up to 10 mm (adjustable)

  • Output: 2 OSSD (safe PNP, coded)

  • Material: AISI 316L

  • Temperature: -40…+100 °C

  • Certification: ATEX Zone 1/21 (gases/dust) For: doors, protective guards, robotics in oil & gas, chemical industry.

2. MGL Ex – RFID Electromagnetic Lock (Stainless Steel, IP69K, Exd IIC T6)

  • Holding Force: 1500 N

  • Output: 2 OSSD, RFID coding (up to 2000 codes)

  • Material: AISI 316L

  • Temperature: -40…+80 °C

  • Certification: ATEX Zone 0/20 (high risk) For: safety doors, barriers in food, pharmaceutical industry.

3. MC 364 Ex – Extended Magnetic (Stainless Steel, IP68, Exd IIC T6)

  • Sensing Distance: up to 15 mm (for heavy doors)

  • Output: 2 OSSD with diagnostics

  • Material: AISI 316L

  • Temperature: -60…+100 °C

  • Certification: ATEX Zone 1/21 For: heavy guards, machine doors in dust/gas zones.
