Operating Principle The Series DP flowmeters operate on the principle of measuring the force exerted on a target disk placed perpendicular to the flow of liquid or gas. The flow applies pressure to the disk, causing it to deflect against an opposing spring. The deflection angle of the disk is proportional to the flow rate. Signal transmission occurs through a magnetic coupling without direct contact with the medium, ensuring tightness and reliability.

• Measured media: clean and slightly contaminated liquids and gases (water, air, etc.).

• Diameters: DP65 — DN40…DN300 (wafer or flanged version); DP500 — DN250…DN500.

• Materials: AISI 316L stainless steel, galvanized steel; options with PTFE or bronze.

• Pressure: up to PN40 (DP65), PN10 (DP500); higher ratings on request.

• Temperature: -20…+150 °C (standard), up to +300 °C or +400 °C with thermal separator.
