InterApp Check Valves – Reliable Protection Against Reverse Flow

InterApp RHEA and NEPTUNIA series check valves are high-quality Swiss-engineered solutions specifically designed for industrial pipelines. RHEA – Full-Port Swing Check Valve ("swing check")

• DN: 32 – 600

• Pressure: up to PN16 (16 bar)

• Temperature: from -10°C to +400°C (depending on sealing)

• Body: cast iron GG25, carbon steel, stainless steel AISI 316

• Disc: stainless steel with soft (EPDM, NBR) or metal sealing

• Connection: flanged (PN10/16, ANSI 150)

• Features:

• Full port – minimal flow resistance

• Soft or metal seat – Class A tightness (zero leakage)

• Installation in horizontal and vertical positions

• Optional: lever with counterweight, damper, limit switches

NEPTUNIA – Wafer-Type Dual-Plate Check Valve (dual plate wafer check)

• DN: 50 – 600

• Pressure: up to PN16 (16 bar), optionally up to PN25/PN40

• Temperature: from -40°C to +200°C (up to +350°C with metal seats)

• Body: cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, bronze

• Plates: stainless steel, with Inconel X750 springs

• Connection: wafer type – PN10/16/25/40, ANSI 150/300

• Features:

• Two spring-loaded half-plates – fast closure, low opening pressure (0.1–0.3 bar)

• Compact design: 3–5 times thinner than conventional swing checks

• Weight 70–80% lower than equivalent flanged valves

• Low hydraulic resistance (ΔP < 0.1 bar at nominal velocity)

• Tightness: Class VI (soft seat) or Class IV (metal seat)

• Installation: any position, including upward vertical flow
