FLUX Series 700 stationary circulation pump for electroplating and pickling
In electroplating, anodising and pickling the pump runs around the clock in aggressive electrolyte. Any seal in the liquid zone becomes a leak. The FLUX Series 700 centrifugal immersion pump is seal-less in the wetted zone: a sealless immersion pump with bearings and motor above the bath, dry-run capable and built for continuous duty with almost no maintenance.
The compact F 716 (PP or PVDF, immersion depth up to 500 mm, flow up to 200 L/min, head up to 15 mWC) is the electroplating circulation pump for baths from 1000 L — copper, zinc and chromium electrolytes, pickling-bath filtration. For larger volumes, VERTIFLOW F 728 (PP, PVC, PVDF, immersion up to 1800 mm, flow up to 750 L/min, head up to 35 mWC) handles electrolyte filtration, flue-gas scrubbing and water disinfection on contaminated fluids.
Viscosity up to 150 mPa·s. The PP/PVDF pump keeps its geometry thanks to a steel core in the inner tube across temperature swings. Typical lines: electroplating, PCB manufacturing, chemicals, water treatment.
