CSF CSA: EHEDG- and 3-A-approved centrifugal pump for milk, juices and CIP

The CSA series is designed, tested and approved to EHEDG protocols and US 3-A sanitary standards. For Ukrainian dairy, beverage and pharma loops it is the base hygienic centrifugal pump for transfer and cleaning, where the wetted path must stay free of pockets.

Wetted parts are CF-3M / AISI 316L, electropolished. An open impeller (CS also offers a 5-vane open impeller) handles juices, cream, whey, wine and spirits at moderate viscosity. CSF lists up to 29 modular CS/CSA sizes; the wider centrifugal range reaches heads of about 100 m depending on model. Low NPSH matters on tank suction and near-boiling media. The separate motor can be replaced without breaking the installed pump seal. Options include a stainless motor shroud, adjustable feet, suction inducer and ATEX. CIP-compatible; the related ASH self-priming 3-A line is intended for CIP scavenge, foaming products and partially filled suction lines.
