Gentle transfer of high-viscosity tomato paste with FLUX VISCOPOWER pumps

FLUX VISCOPOWER progressive cavity pumps (F 570 and F 580 series) are perfectly suited for pulsation-free and gentle transfer of high-viscosity tomato paste (up to 80,000–100,000 mPa·s). The positive displacement principle with low shear preserves product structure, while the constant, pulsation-free flow ensures stable delivery even at high viscosity.

For food applications the pumps are equipped with a closed mechanical seal using FKM or FFKM elastomers that comply with FDA CFR 21 and EC 1935/2004. The stator is made of PTFE — a material with excellent chemical resistance, ideal for food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic products. The design with minimal dead spaces and quick-release clamp connections allows the pump to be dismantled in minutes for cleaning and sanitizing.
