GEMÜ butterfly valves certified for hydrogen: buy GEMU valves in Ukraine from CSC-Automation

GEMÜ has certified its Victoria and Tugela butterfly valves for gaseous hydrogen service. GEMU valves conforming to DIN EN 13774 and DVGW-CERT ZP4110 are available for selection and purchase from KSK-Avtomatyzatsiya, an industrial valve supplier in Ukraine.

The certification covers GEMÜ R480, R481, R487 and R488 Victoria as well as GEMÜ R470, R471, R477 and R478 Tugela, in all body configurations and pressure ratings. These pneumatically actuated butterfly valves are designed for isolation and control in electrolysers, Power-to-X plants, fuel-cell systems, hydrogen distribution and auxiliary cooling circuits.

GEMÜ valves are specified where tight shut-off and predictable service life are required: hydrogen, chemical processes, energy and water treatment. The Victoria series covers DN 25–600, operating pressure up to 16 bar and media temperatures from −10 to +160 °C. Wafer, lug and U-section bodies are available, with EPDM, FKM, NBR or silicone liners and NC, NO or double-acting actuators.
