A FLUX cordless pump tops up sulphuric acid in the plating bath

Plating lines need small top-ups of sulphuric acid from canisters. Volumes are low and a wall socket is often missing at the bath.

Pump type: cordless drum pump of the COMBIFLUX / FBM class. For the pickling tank FLUX specifies the immersion centrifugal pump F 640 (diluted H₂SO₄). For circulating electrolyte in the bath — F 716.

Pumps for acids work in two modes here: mobile dosing from a canister and stationary bath circulation.
