JUMO Introduces the New DICON touch: A Versatile Four-Channel Process and Program Controller

JUMO has unveiled its latest innovation — the JUMO DICON touch, a highly flexible two- or four-channel process and program controller designed to manage complex industrial tasks with maximum efficiency. Equipped with a 3.5-inch TFT color touchscreen, the device provides intuitive operation and allows users to create customized process screens for enhanced plant visualization.

The controller supports a wide range of applications, including test and heating cabinets, simulation chambers, autoclaves, dryers, industrial furnaces, plastics processing, food and beverage systems, chemical and pharmaceutical equipment, and even shipbuilding.

With its integrated paperless recorder, the DICON touch enables sustainable data acquisition and archiving, reducing the need for additional recording devices. Up to 32 user programs can be implemented and visualized, enabling fully automated and time-controlled processes.

The device offers a modular design with a broad selection of universal analog inputs, digital interfaces, internal and external outputs, and industrial communication options such as Modbus, PROFIBUS DP, Ethernet, and PROFINET RT. Recent PROFINET certification confirms compatibility with third-party systems and ensures seamless integration into modern automation environments.
