JUMO is taking a major step forward in sensor technology by launching series production of three groundbreaking products equipped with Single Pair Ethernet (SPE). This efficient, two-wire Ethernet standard enables continuous digital communication from sensors all the way to cloud systems and higher-level automation layers — without media breaks.

These devices allow tailored, process-specific solutions across all industries.
Thanks to SPE integration, the sensors support “intelligent probing” with high-accuracy, high-speed transmission of key parameters (temperature, humidity, CO2, flow, pressure) to platforms such as the JUMO Cloud. For the first time, full Ethernet connectivity reaches the field level within the classic automation pyramid.
A major advantage is independent diagnostic data delivery via the two-wire interface — separate from the main control system. This enables advanced condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.
