Cubical All-Rounder: UB*-F42 Series Ultrasonic Sensor with IO-Link

With the UB*-F42 series, Pepperl+Fuchs is expanding its already wide range of ultrasonic sensors with a true all-rounder that is suitable for a variety of applications: It can detect objects, record material consumption, measure fill levels, and monitor travel. The IO-Link interface enables it to be integrated into the IIoT. In addition to the actual measured values, the device transfers extensive process and status data that can be used for optimized control and predictive maintenance.
