CSC-AUTOMATION equipment in bioethanol production: industry booklet-catalog released

CSC-AUTOMATION LLC has published a booklet-catalog for bioethanol and grain-processing plants in Ukraine.

It maps which products from the company’s supply program cover the chain from grain intake to fuel ethanol, stillage and DDGS.

Deep grain processing is expanding in Ukraine, including bioethanol. These sites need more than columns and cookers: a full loop of measurement, valves, pumps, drives and safety systems.

The new booklet “Equipment from CSC-AUTOMATION in bioethanol production” shows that package by plant area:

• grain intake, bucket elevators and silos — Mitsubishi Electric variable-frequency drives and 4B Braime elevator/conveyor hazard monitoring (Watchdog Super Elite, belt misalignment and slip, bearing temperature);

• milling, mashing, fermentation and distillation — JUMO and KROHNE instrumentation, InterApp and GEMÜ valves, CSF Inox pumps;

• stillage and DDGS — level measurement, solids flow, knife-gate valves;

• hazardous areas — Pepperl+Fuchs K-System / H-System intrinsic-safety barriers and Remote I/O LB (Zone 2) and FB (Zone 1);

• plant control — MELSEC PLCs and GOT operator panels.

CSC-AUTOMATION has been on the market for over 30 years. The company builds the specification from stock, designs control cabinets and commissions the system.

The booklet is intended for engineering institutes, I&C teams and commercial departments at bioethanol plants. It is a supply-program overview, not a price list or an offer. Final selection is made against the area specification.
