FLUX Series 600 centrifugal immersion pump for tanks without a bottom outlet
When a tank, 1000 L IBC or open basin has no bottom nozzle, an in-line pump is not an option. The FLUX Series 600 centrifugal immersion pump puts the hydraulic end into the liquid and keeps the motor above the surface. As an IBC transfer pump it works without a bottom outlet, with an immersion depth of up to 4100 mm.
Series 600 covers the F 620 (stainless steel, immersion up to 3000 mm, flow up to 383 L/min, head up to 12 mWC) and the F 640 PP/PVDF (up to 4100 mm, up to 700 L/min, up to 32 mWC). The open conical impeller makes the F 620 and F 640 a viscous-liquid pump for up to 2500 mPa·s, including fibres and slurries. Typical media: acids and alkalis, AdBlue, water-based paints, alkaline pickling baths, industrial effluent, anodising solutions. For acids and alkalis the acid pump is specified in polypropylene or PVDF; for AdBlue and mildly aggressive fluids, in stainless steel.
The F 640 inner tube has a steel core, so the mechanical seal geometry stays stable when the plastic heats up. Vertical and horizontal TR dry-installation versions are available. The three-phase motor is interchangeable, including explosion-proof options.
