Introducing the IDEM SAFETY NET-BOX in Die-Cast Metal: A Configurable, Network-Enabled Control Solution

Introducing the NET-BOX in a new die-cast metal enclosure—built for durability and seamless industrial integration. Supporting PROFINET PROFIsafe and EtherNET/IP CIP Safety, it simplifies device connectivity with up to four M12 connectors for safety switches, sensors, and more. With up to six configurable pilot devices, including illuminated pushbuttons and selector switches, the NET-BOX enhances customisation, reliability, and real-time monitoring while minimising wiring complexity. Independently certified by TÜV and cULus, it’s a trusted solution for demanding industrial applications.

Connect Field Devices via the Configurable Distributed I/O.

The NET-BOX device is designed to be fitted near a guarded access point where a mix of safe and standard IO control functions are required.

The NET-BOX is fitted with an (optional) E-Stop and can monitor external dual channel safety devices that are equipped with either voltage-free contacts (NET-BOX provides test pulses) or OSSD outputs. A single dual channel output is also provided for safe control of an actuator.

The NET-BOX is also available in Mirror Polished 316 Stainless Steel for Washdown Environments.
