FLUX centrifugal immersion pump up to 45 m³/h for chemicals and effluent

Neutralisation bays, chemical sumps and water-treatment lines need a steady tens of cubic metres per hour. FLUX Series 600 and 700 centrifugal immersion pumps cover that range with materials matched to the fluid: an aggressive-media pump is specified in polypropylene, PVDF, PVC or stainless steel, not as a universal compromise.

F 640 PP and F 640 PVDF (Series 600) deliver up to 42 m³/h and 32 mWC at immersion depths up to 4100 mm — an acid and alkali pump for tall tanks, chemical-sump emptying and filter feed. The mechanical seal isolates the bearings; the conical impeller passes suspensions. VERTIFLOW F 728 (Series 700) is the water-treatment immersion pump at up to 45 m³/h and 35 mWC, seal-less in the liquid, for continuous circulation on effluent, biogas and chemical waste.

Motors 0.37–5.5 kW, IP55. The Flux chemical pump is selected for the actual tank, temperature and fluid composition.
