Vögtlin Instruments Celebrates 40 Years of Precision in Gas Flow Measurement Technology

Since 1986, Vögtlin Instruments has been developing innovative solutions for the precise measurement and control of gas flow. What began as a Swiss specialist in gas flow technology has evolved over the past four decades into an internationally recognised technology provider.

Among the company’s key milestones are the introduction of the red-y smart series, which set new standards in digital gas flow measurement, and the red-y compact, one of the first battery-powered portable mass flow meters. Vögtlin continues this tradition of innovation with the d·flux Multi-Parameter Mass Flow Meter and Controller. In 2025, the instrument was recognised as the Best Innovation by P.I. Process Instrumentation.

Today, Vögtlin systems are used worldwide in life sciences, analytical applications, mechanical engineering, the food industry, and many other sectors. Since joining the TASI Group in 2011, the company has continuously expanded its international presence.
