CENTRIFUGAL SANITARY PUMPS CSF INOX (ITALY) IN THE PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY

Technical characteristics:

Sanitary pumps are made completely of stainless steel AISI 316, free of pores, the surface of such pumps are electropolished. Unique design of CSF Inox pumps excludes formation of stagnation zones of the product, as well as inspection and cleaning is carried out using special devices with rotary screw knobs and terminals which provide easy access to internal components. Mechanical seals of sanitary design pumps are manufactured in various versions and different materials. Their selection depends on the particular type of pump and the type of installation. Seal options are also varied: the standard interior, internal quenching, dual external circulation with flushing and cooling liquid. Process connection is done via a standard clamp-connection of the pharmaceutical industry according to DIN 32676. Pipe for drain valve is also optionally available. CSF Inox pumps are fully compatible with the frequency converters.

Purpose:

Sanitary centrifugal pump is suitable for the implementation of a large number of tasks in the production of pharmaceuticals and cosmetics - in water treatment, production of chemicals, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. CSF Inox pumps are capable of pumping liquids and pasty mediums with a viscosity of up to hundreds of cps. Models with open impeller are used to pump alcohol syrups and various creams and serum at low pressure. Models with closed type impeller are used to pump fluids with medium head (max. 60-70 m) in addition, to supplying the working fluid in the refrigerator, concentrating filters and CIP system.

Centrifugal sanitary CSF Inox pumps are highly reliable and have a long service life with minimal maintenance.
