MAXXFLOW FROM Envea , APPLICATION AT YUGTSEMENT PJSC (SOUTH CEMENT)

Accounting and control of cement loading into cars. 

MaxxFlow from Envea (SWR Engineering) is a measuring system, developed specially for measurement of high consumptions of bulk materials. Fully open cross-section and small sizes allow to use MaxxFlow, where only complex mechanical systems have been used until now, such as impact scale or different sensor systems. MaxxFlow is intended to be set in the vertical pipelines (measurement at free fall of materials). In this case, the instrument is set below the cement silo to control and account cement loading into cars (to 70 tons).
