APPLICATION OF MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC EQUIPMENT FOR AUTOMATION OF THE PASTEURIZING AND COOLING UNIT

Although the scopes of application of this equipment are quite diverse, in recent years their use dramatically increased in different sectors of the food industry, in particular for automation of pasteurization and cooling unit.

very simple and well implemented on the FX industrial controllers. High-speed processor, use of high-speed instructions and high resolution of the analog modules can improve the quality of pasteurization and eliminate the risk to get a non-pasteurized product. The schedule of pasteurization is recorded and archived on the memory card, and can be displayed and printed on the computer, or directly on GOT 2000 touch pad, eliminating the use of expensive recording instruments. The use of Mitsubishi Electric touch pads has made it possible to use them as multifunction instruments of man-machine interface, which display information about the equipment control of pasteurization unit, archiving of process data, analysis and sending of alarm messages to the addressee, both on the company local network, and to the Internet users. Due to the built-in function “remote desktop”, GOT 2000 panels make it possible to re-consider working mode of pasteurization and cooling unit and if necessary to interfere in the process from any PC, at the same time eliminating expenses for purchase of scadа-system. Use of a single protocol of serial communication between the products of Mitsubishi Electric ensures perfect integration and data communication between FX controllers and FR frequency transducers, ensuring reduction of the operating expenses for pumping equipment, even feed of product into the pasteurization and cooling unit and energy saving.
