Orbinox BU Bonneted Gate Valves – Reliable Shut-Off for Hydraulic Structures

Orbinox BU Series — bonneted gate valves for tank walls or dams to isolate and control water flows in hydraulic structures, channels, and drainage systems. Four-side sealing (flush bottom) design ensures tight shut-off with minimal leakage. Stainless steel AISI 304/316L body, AISI 304/316L gate, EPDM/NBR seal. Pressure up to PN10, temperature -20°C…+80°C. Sizes on request. EN 1092 PN10 flanged connection. Tightness below DIN 19569-4 class 5 / AWWA C561. Compliance with DIN 19569-4, AWWA C561, BS 7775. Applications: hydraulic works, irrigation, HPP, water treatment.

Orbinox BU (on request, PN10)

Wall-mounted with bonnet, rising/non-rising stem. Pressure: up to 10 bar. Benefits: four-side sealing for full isolation, self-adjusting seal, high corrosion resistance, easy wall installation, long life with little maintenance.
